We can't permanently be broken. We can only be fixed.
Getting help is one of the hardest things to do when you're suffering and in pain. Sometimes it's the feeling of being trapped and not knowing how to take the first step toward getting help and putting yourself on the path to become who you want to be that stops you. Maybe it's difficult to get help because you have no one to reach out to or don't know exactly who to call.
**Listed below are numbers you can call**
You are never alone in your battle or in your suffering. No one deserves to sail the storm alone, and sometimes we just need someone to help us steer the ship. We're human. We were meant to break, to fall, to mess up. However, the great thing about being human is that we cannot be permanently broken - we can always be fixed. If you're in a place where you feel you need to be fixed, it's okay. We all need a little fixing up here and there. After all, no one on this Earth is perfect. So if you need help, don't be ashamed, but rather be proud that you are brave enough to put in the effort and use the strength it takes to do what it takes to get better.
Lines that help
We cannot provide actual assistance or help if you are in a crisis. We do, however, want to encourage those who need help to get it and to have the courage to be honest and open, knowing that it's okay to be vulnerable and to reach out. Don't be afraid. Take the 1st step. Start a new chapter. Finally begin the path to your recovery, which you so undeniably deserve. Start today. Start now.
